01 - 48 frozen tater tots
02 - 1/2 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 8 strips of bacon, finely chopped
04 - 2 green onions, diced
05 - Sour cream, as desired
06 - Sliced jalapeños (optional)
07 - Ranch or taco seasoning (optional)
08 - Guacamole (optional)
09 - Diced avocado or tomatoes (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 220°C.
02 - Thread 4–6 tater tots onto each skewer one by one.
03 - Line a baking tray with parchment paper, set the skewers on it, and cook for about 28 minutes. Flip them halfway through.
04 - Scatter shredded cheddar, chopped bacon, and green onions over the cooked tots.
05 - Pop the skewers back into the oven for another 5–7 minutes until the cheese melts and looks golden.

01 - Don’t crowd the skewers; it helps them cook evenly.
02 - Keep an eye on the cheese so it doesn’t burn.
03 - Try out different seasoning blends to switch things up.
04 - Let the skewers cool down just a bit before serving.
