Mushrooms & Spinach (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of sliced button or cremini mushrooms.
02 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
03 - 4 minced garlic cloves.
04 - A big handful of fresh spinach (about 4 cups).
05 - 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
06 - Salt and black pepper for seasoning.
07 - Optional: Chopped parsley for topping.
08 - Optional: A pinch of red pepper flakes.

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse the spinach, slice the mushrooms, mince the garlic, and squeeze the lemon for juice.
02 - Warm oil in a skillet, then toss in the mushrooms and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until they brown up nicely.
03 - Stir in the garlic and let it cook for about 1 to 2 minutes, just until it smells amazing.
04 - Mix in the spinach, season the dish with some salt and pepper, and splash over the lemon juice to wrap it up.

01 - Add cream if you want a richer texture.
02 - For extra heat, sprinkle in some red pepper flakes.
