Sausage Gravy Breakfast Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sausage Gravy Section

01 - 16 oz breakfast sausage (1 package)
02 - 1/4 cup plain flour
03 - 2 cups milk
04 - Black pepper, as much as you like

→ Pizza Crust

05 - 12-inch pre-cooked pizza crust
06 - Optional: 1 tbsp olive oil

→ Egg Mixture

07 - 6 large eggs
08 - 1/4 cup milk
09 - Nonstick spray for cooking

→ Cheese Toppings

10 - 1 cup shredded cheddar (add extra if you'd like)

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the sausage in a pan for about 5-7 minutes. Add the flour and mix well. Pour in milk a little at a time, stirring constantly, until it thickens up (about 10 minutes). Sprinkle in pepper to taste.
02 - Heat oven to 400°F. Put the pizza crust on a baking tray. If you'd like, brush with olive oil. Spread half of the sausage gravy over the crust.
03 - In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together. Cook them in a pan coated with cooking spray. Stir occasionally until just barely set, around 5 minutes.
04 - Layer your scrambled eggs over the gravy on the crust. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
05 - Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Cheese should be bubbly, and the crust should be golden.
06 - Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before cutting and serving while warm.
