Brown the sausage in a pan for about 5-7 minutes. Add the flour and mix well. Pour in milk a little at a time, stirring constantly, until it thickens up (about 10 minutes). Sprinkle in pepper to taste.

Heat oven to 400°F. Put the pizza crust on a baking tray. If you'd like, brush with olive oil. Spread half of the sausage gravy over the crust.

In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together. Cook them in a pan coated with cooking spray. Stir occasionally until just barely set, around 5 minutes.

Layer your scrambled eggs over the gravy on the crust. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.

Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Cheese should be bubbly, and the crust should be golden.
