Party Pinwheel Sandwiches (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 6 large tortillas (flour, spinach, whole wheat, or gluten-free)
02 - 16 oz softened cream cheese (or try pesto, mayo, or hummus)

→ Fillings

03 - 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or Swiss)
04 - 1 pound deli-sliced meats (ham, roast beef, or turkey)
05 - Seasonings to your liking (herbs, paprika, garlic powder)
06 - 2 cups fresh veggies (spinach, peppers, cucumbers, lettuce)

# Instructions:

01 - Let cream cheese soften at room temp. Slice veggies into little pieces.
02 - Place tortilla flat, then evenly smear cream cheese or your pick of spread over it.
03 - Evenly add your meats, shredded cheese, and veggies across the tortilla. Don’t overfill.
04 - Roll into a tight log, wrap it in plastic, and pop it in the fridge for 30 minutes or more.
05 - Use a sharp knife to slice into 1-inch pinwheels, then set them out on a tray.
