Biscoff Cups Without Baking (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 30 Biscoff cookies, whole.
02 - 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter.
03 - 16 oz whipping cream (2 cups).
04 - 8 oz softened cream cheese.
05 - 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar.
06 - 1/2 cup cookie spread, plus another 1/2 cup for drizzling.
07 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla.
08 - 8 Biscoff cookies, cut in half for decoration.

# Instructions:

01 - Smash cookies into fine bits. Combine with butter, keeping some crumbs for the top. Push mixture into serving cups.
02 - Whip heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
03 - Combine cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, cookie spread and vanilla until creamy. Gently mix in the whipped cream.
04 - Spoon or pipe mixture into each cup. Warm extra cookie spread and pour over tops. Stick cookie halves and sprinkle saved crumbs.
05 - Keep in fridge for at least 4 hours to set properly.

01 - Yields 8 regular portions or 24 small ones.
02 - You can make this a day before and leave it chilling.
