Milk Snowball Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of softened butter.
02 - 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk.
03 - 2 cups of plain flour.
04 - 3 teaspoons of baking powder.
05 - 1/2 cup of powdered sugar for sprinkling.

# Instructions:

01 - Using a mixer, whisk the butter until it looks fluffy and airy. This should take roughly 3 minutes.
02 - Slowly pour in the condensed milk, letting it mix fully for another couple of minutes.
03 - Add the flour and baking powder to the buttery mixture. Stir just enough so it's all blended.
04 - Use a scoop to make even portions of dough. Place them on a baking tray with about 2 inches of space between each one.
05 - Pop into a 320°F oven and bake for about 12 minutes, or until the edges barely set.
06 - Let them sit on the tray for 5 minutes. Then, move to a wire rack and sprinkle powdered sugar while they're cooling.

# Notes:

01 - You can add up to 2 teaspoons of extracts like vanilla or almond.
02 - Toss in chocolate chips or other add-ins, up to 1 cup.
03 - Make sure they cool completely before putting them away.
