Mix Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup softened salted butter.
02 - 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar.
03 - 1/4 cup white granulated sugar.
04 - 2 egg yolks at room temp.
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or paste.
06 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, measured carefully.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt.
10 - 1/2 cup festive red and green M&Ms.
11 - 1/3 cup of white chocolate chips.
12 - 1/3 cup crushed pretzels.
13 - 1/3 cup crumbled potato chips.
14 - 2 tablespoons holiday-themed sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F and get baking sheets ready with parchment paper.
02 - Whip butter with both sugars for 2 minutes until fluffy. Blend in yolks and vanilla for another 2 minutes.
03 - Stir in flour, soda, powder, and salt till it’s just combined.
04 - Gently stir in M&Ms, pretzels, white chips, sprinkles, and potato chips.
05 - Shape dough into 20 balls and set on trays. Add more toppings if desired. Bake 10–12 minutes.
06 - Use a cookie cutter to shape while warm, if wanted. Let cool on tray for 5 minutes then finish cooling on a rack for 10.

01 - Spoon flour into your measuring cup.
02 - Cookie cutters can be used for shaping.
03 - Keep in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
