Warm up the oven to 350°F. Put parchment on your cookie sheet.

Beat the butter with both sugars till light and fluffy. Add eggs one by one, then mix in vanilla.

Stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Slowly add to the butter mix.

Stir chopped pecans into the cookie dough until they're spread out everywhere.

Spoon rounded tablespoons of dough onto your tray. Bake for 10-12 mins until the edges turn golden.

Heat up caramel sauce with maple syrup until it's all blended together.

After cookies cool down, pour the caramel mix over them and stick a whole pecan on top of each.
