Cheesy Taco Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 5 colby jack and cheddar cheese sticks, cut in half
02 - 1 lb of ground beef
03 - 1 tube of Pillsbury Pizza Dough
04 - 4 tablespoons of butter, melted
05 - 1 packet of taco seasoning
06 - 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
07 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven nice and hot by setting it to 400°F (200°C). For an easy cleanup, put some parchment paper on a baking sheet.
02 - Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat until it's brown. Dump out the extra grease, mix in the taco seasoning as directed, and set the beef aside to cool down just a bit.
03 - Roll out the pizza dough on a floured countertop and slice it into 10 rectangles. Add a scoop of the taco-seasoned beef to each rectangle, then place half of a cheese stick on top of the meat.
04 - Wrap the dough pieces around the beef and cheese combo. Pinch the edges so everything stays inside, and lay the rolls seam-side down on your prepared baking sheet.
05 - Combine the melted butter with the garlic powder and parsley in a small dish. Brush this buttery topping over the rolls for a tasty golden crust.
06 - Pop the taco sticks into the oven for about 12 to 15 minutes, or until the outside is golden brown. Let them cool off a bit before digging in.

# Notes:

01 - Spice it up with jalapeño bits or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes in the beef.
02 - Toss unbaked sticks in the freezer for up to a month. Bake straight from frozen and add 3 to 5 extra minutes.
03 - Pair with guac, sour cream, or salsa for dippin'!
