Cheesesteak with Mushrooms (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Thinly sliced ribeye steak, 1 pound.
02 - Olive oil, 1 tablespoon.
03 - 1 onion, cut into slices.
04 - A bell pepper, thinly sliced.
05 - 8 ounces of sliced mushrooms.
06 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
07 - Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
08 - 4 hoagie-style bread rolls.
09 - Provolone cheese slices, 8 ounces.
10 - Optional: Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up some oil, toss in peppers and onions, and cook for 5-7 minutes until soft. Add mushrooms and garlic, stir for another 5 minutes.
02 - Move veggies to the side, toss steak and seasonings in the same pan. Brown it up for 3-4 minutes.
03 - Combine the steak and cooked veggies in the pan, stirring well.
04 - Stuff the rolls with the hot mixture, then layer provolone on top.
05 - Pop sandwiches under the broiler for 2-4 minutes until the cheese bubbles and melts.

# Notes:

01 - Throw in jalapeƱos for extra spice.
02 - Swap out the cheese to mix it up.
03 - Skip mushrooms if they're not your thing.
