Garlic Butter Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 lbs of peeled and cubed sweet potatoes
02 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
03 - 4 tablespoons butter (unsalted)
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 3 minced garlic cloves
06 - 1 teaspoon of salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and let it warm up.
02 - Mix the sweet potato chunks with olive oil, black pepper, and salt until evenly coated.
03 - Lay the seasoned sweet potatoes out evenly on a baking tray, leaving some room between each piece.
04 - Roast in the oven for roughly 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are soft and golden brown.
05 - Melt butter in a small pot over medium heat, then stir in the garlic and cook until it smells amazing.
06 - When the sweet potatoes are done, pour the garlic butter over them and gently toss to mix the flavors.
07 - Top with fresh parsley and serve while it’s warm.
