Cheesy Garlic Knots (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 (16-ounce) tube of chilled buttermilk biscuits
02 - ¼ teaspoon of salt
03 - ½ teaspoon parsley flakes, dried
04 - ½ teaspoon oregano, dried
05 - ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, freshly shredded
07 - ¼ cup butter, melted and unsalted

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 400°F (200°C). Use nonstick spray or lightly oil a baking sheet for preparation.
02 - Grab a small bowl and whisk together the butter (melted), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley, oregano, and salt. Keep it aside for now.
03 - Cut the biscuits in half (making 16 pieces). Shape each piece into a rope about 5 inches long, then tie them into knots with their ends tucked under.
04 - Place the knots on your baking sheet and use half of the butter mixture to brush all of them. Bake for 8–10 minutes or till they look golden and lovely.
05 - Brush the fresh-out-of-the-oven knots with the leftover butter mixture. Serve while they're still warm and dig in!

# Notes:

01 - Swap out the garlic powder with minced fresh garlic for a bolder taste.
02 - Unbaked knots can be frozen for up to 3 months. Bake them straight from the freezer, but add 2–3 extra minutes to the timer.
03 - Pair them with marinara, ranch, or melted butter as a dip for extra yum.
