Big Mac Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dressings and Sauces

01 - 1 teaspoon paprika
02 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar
03 - ¼ teaspoon onion powder
04 - ½ cup mayonnaise
05 - 2 tablespoons minced dill pickles
06 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

→ Filling and Wraps

08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
09 - 4 large flour tortillas
10 - Salt and pepper, as desired
11 - ½ cup diced onion
12 - Dill pickle slices (optional)
13 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
14 - 1 cup chopped lettuce
15 - 1 pound ground beef (lean)

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the mayo, minced pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl until smooth and creamy. Cover it and leave it in the fridge while you get everything else ready.
02 - Warm up some olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Toss in the diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until it softens. Break up the ground beef as you add it to the skillet. Add some salt and pepper, and cook everything until browned. Drain any extra grease.
03 - Heat your tortillas a little in a microwave or dry pan so they’re easier to fold. Spread the sauce generously on each. Add some beef, then layer on lettuce, cheddar, and pickles if you want.
04 - Fold the tortilla’s edges inward, then roll it up snugly. Enjoy fresh for the best texture, or wrap it in foil if you’re taking it to-go.

# Notes:

01 - Spice lovers can toss in a bit of cayenne pepper or hot sauce to the sauce mix.
02 - Heat tortillas lightly so they don't crack when rolling.
03 - Feel free to add extras like sliced onions or tomatoes to your wraps.
