Easy Turkey Sausage (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 tbsp olive oil, plus some extra for the pan
02 - 1 lb ground turkey, lean preferred

→ Seasonings

03 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1/2 tsp sage, dried
05 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
06 - 1 tsp salt
07 - 1/2 tsp maple syrup or brown sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a big bowl, toss in the turkey, olive oil, and all that seasoning. Stir until it's all nice and even.
02 - With your hands, split the mixture into 6 parts and shape them into patties.
03 - Set a non-stick pan on medium heat. Cook each patty for around 2-3 minutes per side till they're golden and done.

02 - Freeze them in a sealed container for up to 2 months
