Mini Tater Tot Burgers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
02 - Ketchup to dip on the side.
03 - 6 cherry tomatoes, cut into slices.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1 pound of ground beef.
06 - 12 thin pickle slices.
07 - Salt and pepper as you like it.
08 - Toothpicks for holding everything together.
09 - 24 crispy tater tots, cooked ahead.
10 - Lettuce leaves, chopped up small.
11 - 6 slices of cheddar, squared up.
12 - Mayonnaise for dipping or spreading.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder into the beef. Shape into small, 1-inch burger patties.
02 - Cook the mini burgers on each side for about 2-3 minutes. Drop cheese on top in the last minute to let it melt.
03 - Start with a tater tot, spread mayo on it, then layer with lettuce, cheeseburger, tomato, and pickles. Add another tot on top.
04 - Stick a toothpick through each stack to hold it firm. Lay them out neatly on a serving tray. Offer extra ketchup or mayo on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Toothpicks are handy to keep everything from falling apart.
02 - Switch up the toppings however you want.
