Sweet Savory Roasted Carrots (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Carrots in the Oven

01 - About a pound of baby carrots, or regular ones peeled and cut into sticks
02 - Around 3 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter
03 - 3 tablespoons of honey
04 - 4 minced garlic cloves
05 - 1 teaspoon of salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
07 - A tablespoon of freshly chopped parsley for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to heat up to 425°F (or 220°C).
02 - If you’re going with regular carrots, peel them and cut into similar-sized sticks so they cook evenly.
03 - Combine the melted butter, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl by whisking them together.
04 - Lay the carrots out on a baking tray and pour the honey-butter mixture over them. Give everything a good mix so it’s coated well.
05 - Spread the carrots out evenly in one layer across the baking tray.
06 - Pop them in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes, stirring them halfway through. They should be soft and starting to brown slightly.
07 - Move the carrots to a serving plate and sprinkle the chopped parsley on top before enjoying.
