Creamy strawberry treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - 1 pint of fresh strawberries
04 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar

→ Toppings

05 - Optional: crushed nuts
06 - 1/4 cup crumbs from graham crackers
07 - Optional: colorful sprinkles
08 - Optional: add melted chocolate on top

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse the strawberries under water, dry them gently, and remove the stems. Scoop out the insides a bit, but make sure the bottoms stay whole.
02 - Whip the cream cheese until creamy. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla, and keep mixing until it's light and fluffy.
03 - Using a small spoon or piping bag, stuff the strawberries with the cheesecake mix so it slightly spills over the top.
04 - Dust graham cracker crumbs on top. If you'd like, sprinkle with nuts, drizzle melted chocolate, or add some sprinkles.
05 - Pop them in the fridge for at least half an hour to firm up the filling before eating.
