Use a small bowl to combine powdered sugar and soft cream cheese until the texture is smooth.

Slather the cream cheese mix over one side of four slices of the bread. Top with strawberry slices and a spoonful of jam. Close the sandwich with the other bread slices.

Crack the eggs into a shallow dish, pour in the milk, and whisk together until smooth.

Coat both sides of each sandwich in the egg wash. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Cook the sandwiches about 2–3 minutes per side until they look golden.
