Sticky Sweet Chili Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Half a teaspoon of ground pepper.
02 - A tablespoon of avocado oil.
03 - 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
04 - Half a teaspoon of salt.
05 - 6 chicken thighs with bones.
06 - A teaspoon of garlic powder.
07 - 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
08 - A teaspoon of lemon pepper seasoning.
09 - Half a cup of sweet chili sauce.
10 - A tablespoon of oyster sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Dry off the chicken thighs and get the oven or air fryer going at 375°F.
02 - Combine the oil with the spices and coat the thighs really well.
03 - Set chicken skin-side down and air fry for 15 minutes, or bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
04 - Blend together sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sweet chili sauce until smooth.
05 - Keep brushing thighs with glaze and cook for another 10 minutes until the internal temp hits 165°F.
06 - For extra browning, broil for 2 to 3 minutes at the end.

# Notes:

01 - Get the chicken as dry as you can for good texture.
02 - Both oven or air fryer work fine.
03 - Brush the glaze on plenty of times for the best sticky coating.
