Toss everything—chicken, spinach, cheese, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, mustard, Worcestershire, salt, and black pepper—into a big bowl. Stir gently so it’s all mixed up evenly.

Split the mixture into 4 pieces, then shape each piece into a patty about ¾ of an inch thick.

Warm up a skillet on medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, and cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side. They’re ready when the inside hits 165°F (75°C). Or, throw them on the grill over medium heat for the same amount of time.

Place the patties on a plate and let them chill for a few minutes. Get the buns ready and load them up with patties and your favorite toppings—lettuce, tomato, maybe some extra cheese. Dig in and enjoy!
