Spicy Shrimp Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup cornstarch.
02 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional).
03 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1 pound large shrimp, cleaned and shelled.
06 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
07 - 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce.
08 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
09 - 1 tablespoon honey.
10 - 1-2 tablespoons Sriracha.
11 - 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped (divided).
12 - 1 tablespoon lime juice.
13 - 8 ounces of spaghetti or fettuccine pasta.
14 - 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese.
15 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
16 - 1/4 cup diced green onions.
17 - Crushed red pepper (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Mix paprika, salt, and pepper with shrimp. Toss with cornstarch.
02 - Cook shrimp in a hot pan with oil in small batches, flipping until crispy—roughly 2-3 minutes per side.
03 - Boil the pasta to a firm texture and save a bit of pasta water before draining it.
04 - Combine mayo, chili sauce, lime juice, honey, Sriracha, and some of the garlic in a bowl.
05 - Sauté the rest of the garlic in oil, then stir in pasta and sauce. Toss in cooked shrimp.
06 - Sprinkle green onions, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes on top if you're feeling spicy.
