Turn your oven to 400°F. Put parchment paper on two baking pans before starting.

Use an electric mixer at medium to soften the cream cheese until it’s nice and smooth—no lumps allowed.

Mix sausage into the cream cheese by hand until they’re mostly mixed. Add the tomatoes, Bisquick, cheese, and onions, then gently stir everything together until blended.

Scoop mixture into walnut-sized portions, rolling them into 1-inch balls. Place them spaced out on the lined baking trays.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until they turn a light golden color and hit 160°F inside.

Let them sit for a few minutes so they cool down a bit. Serve warm and enjoy! Add dipping sauce if you want to.
