Juicy Pork Chops (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 thick pork chops with bone, about 1-inch thick.
02 - Salt and pepper for seasoning.
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
04 - 1 medium onion, cut into slices.
05 - 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
06 - 1 cup sliced mushrooms.
07 - 1 cup beef broth.
08 - 1 cup heavy cream.
09 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
10 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
11 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Liberally dust both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
02 - Warm oil in a big skillet and cook pork chops until brown, around 4-5 minutes on each side. Take them out and put aside.
03 - Using the same pan, soften the onions for about 3-4 minutes. Toss in garlic and mushrooms, and keep cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
04 - Add broth and scratch up the tasty brown bits. Mix in cream, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika.
05 - Put chops back in the pan, pop the lid on and let simmer for 15-20 minutes till soft. Scatter parsley on top before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Goes great with a side of mashed potatoes or some rice.
02 - Throw in some cayenne if you want a spicy kick.
03 - Using chops with the bone still in makes them taste better.
