Seafood Bread Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 hearty loaf of bread, like sourdough or Italian.
02 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
03 - 8 ounces of shrimp, cleaned and cut into pieces.
04 - 8 ounces of crab meat.
05 - 1/2 cup of finely diced onions.
06 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
07 - 1/2 cup of bell peppers, chopped into small bits.
08 - 1/4 cup of celery, diced.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon of Old Bay spice mix.
11 - 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper.
12 - 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream.
13 - 1/2 cup of softened cream cheese.
14 - 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella.
15 - 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
16 - 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
17 - Fresh parsley as a finishing touch.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F. Remove the bread's top and take out the inside to make a bowl shape.
02 - In a pan with olive oil, sauté garlic, onions, bell peppers, and celery for about 5 minutes until soft.
03 - Throw in the shrimp and crab meat, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the shrimp changes color to pink.
04 - Mix in the cream, cheeses, and seasonings with the veggies, letting everything melt together.
05 - Spoon the mixture into the bread bowl and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
06 - Squeeze lemon juice on top, sprinkle parsley, and serve while warm.
