Get egg noodles tender in boiling salty water. Dump them in a strainer when done.

Cook beef until brown and drain fat. Toss in garlic, Italian mix, sugar, and some salt and pepper.

Pour tomato sauce into meat and let it bubble for 5 minutes. In another bowl, stir together the cream cheese and sour cream.

Grab a 9x13 pan and start with noodles on bottom, then beef mix, then cream stuff. Do it all again. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Wrap with foil and stick in 350°F oven for 20 minutes. Take off foil and cook another 10 minutes till it's all bubbly.
