Air Fryer Pizza Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of mozzarella, shredded.
02 - 1 can of biscuit dough from the fridge (8 pieces).
03 - 1/4 cup of pizza sauce for dipping or topping.
04 - 1/2 cup of small pepperoni pieces or regular slices.
05 - 1 teaspoon of Italian herbs, dried.
06 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder to sprinkle on.
07 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil for brushing.
08 - Optional: Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
09 - Optional: Crushed red pepper flakes for heat.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the air fryer to 375°F and let it warm up for about 3 minutes.
02 - Press each biscuit flat until you’ve got a circle shape.
03 - Put the pepperoni and mozzarella right in the middle of the circle.
04 - Wrap the dough around the filling and pinch the edges tight.
05 - Brush the tops with olive oil, then sprinkle on garlic powder and Italian herbs.
06 - Cook in the air fryer at 375°F for 10 to 13 minutes until golden brown.
07 - Serve hot with pizza sauce on the side for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crunch, cook an extra 2-3 minutes.
02 - Make sure the edges are sealed shut to keep the cheese inside.
03 - Don't overcrowd the air fryer—leave gaps for air circulation.
