Honey Peach Cupcakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup room-temp unsalted butter.
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
03 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
04 - 2 large eggs.
05 - 1/2 cup buttermilk.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
07 - 1 tablespoon milk.
08 - Sugar crystals for topping.
09 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
10 - 2 tablespoons honey.
11 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
12 - 1/2 cup diced fresh peaches.
13 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
14 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
15 - 1 cup peach preserves.
16 - 1/2 cup softened cream cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F. Place liners in muffin tray.
02 - Stir together salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour.
03 - Mix softened butter with sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Alternate adding the dry mix and buttermilk.
04 - Put batter and preserves in liners layer by layer. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
05 - Whip cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk till creamy.
06 - Spread frosting on the cooled cupcakes, then add peaches, drizzle honey, and sprinkle crystals.

01 - It's best to use ingredients that aren't cold.
02 - Overmixing the mixture isn't a good idea.
03 - Feel free to swap fresh peaches with canned ones.
