Buttery Lobster Garlic Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound lobster tails, chopped into chunks.
02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter.
03 - 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
05 - 1 tablespoon lemon zest.
06 - 1/4 cup white wine (skip if you want).
07 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
08 - Salt and pepper as needed.
09 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, diced.
10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Split lobster tails down the middle, pull out meat and slice into small chunks.
02 - Warm oil in pan over medium-high heat. Toss in lobster for 2-3 minutes till barely opaque. Take out and put aside.
03 - Drop butter in the same pan. Cook garlic for 1-2 minutes till you can smell it.
04 - Pour in lemon juice, zest, wine, and sprinkle paprika. Let bubble for 2-3 minutes till it thickens.
05 - Add lobster back to the pan, stir through sauce for 1-2 minutes so flavors blend.
06 - Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with parsley and serve with lemon slices.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap in shrimp instead of lobster.
02 - Pour in some cream to make it richer.
03 - Works great as a starter or with a side salad.
