Loaded Potato Steak Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb of sirloin or flank steak, cut into cubes.
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking the steak).
03 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
04 - 1 tsp smoked paprika.
05 - 1/2 tsp onion powder.
06 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley.
07 - 4 big russet potatoes.
08 - 1 tbsp olive oil (to coat potatoes).
09 - 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded.
10 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
11 - 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions.
12 - 1/4 cup crumbled bacon (optional).
13 - 1/4 cup of butter.
14 - Salt and pepper, adjust to your taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 400°F. Rub potatoes with oil and salt, poke holes with fork.
02 - Put potatoes straight on the oven rack and bake for 45-60 minutes until soft inside.
03 - Sprinkle spices over steak chunks and brown them in a hot pan for 4-5 minutes.
04 - Cut open baked potatoes, mash and fluff the inside. Add butter for extra flavor.
05 - Layer potatoes with cheese, sour cream, green onions, and add some bacon if you like.
06 - Add steak pieces on top and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley to finish.
