crispy Hashbrowns (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 to 5 big grated potatoes.
02 - A pinch of salt and black pepper.
03 - Half a teaspoon of powdered onion.
04 - Half a teaspoon of powdered garlic.
05 - Half a cup of shredded mozzarella (optional).
06 - A quarter cup of melted butter (if you'd like).
07 - 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese.
08 - 2 tablespoons of finely chopped chives.
09 - 1/4 cup of green onions, diced.
10 - 4 slices of bacon, cooked crispy and broken into bits.
11 - A quarter cup of sour cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 425°F. Grate the potatoes, then twist them up tight in a kitchen towel to remove the water.
02 - In a bowl, toss the grated potatoes with pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and oil.
03 - Line a baking sheet, spread your potato mixture, then press it evenly down. Flip once midway and bake for 20-25 minutes till golden and crisp.
04 - Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top. Let it bake a few more minutes, just enough to melt.
05 - If you're using butter, pour it gently over the top. Then pile on sour cream, bacon bits, chopped onions, chives, and mozzarella if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - Get every drop of water out of the grated potatoes to make them super crunchy.
02 - If you're short on time, frozen hashbrowns work great too.
