Juicy Burgers Bacon Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 buns for burgers.
02 - A pound of ground beef (80/20 mix).
03 - 1/2 onion, chopped up nice and small.
04 - A tablespoon of veggie oil.
05 - 4 slices of cheese (get American-style).
06 - Season with salt and pepper your way.
07 - Half a cup of mayo.
08 - 2 tablespoons of crispy bacon, crumbled.
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
10 - 1 teaspoon paprika with a smoky flavor.
11 - A tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley (only if you like).

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up a cast-iron skillet or large fry pan on medium-high heat.
02 - Roll the beef into four balls. Drop them in the oiled hot pan and smash them flat.
03 - Cook each side for about 2-3 minutes. Put on the cheese after flipping.
04 - Stir together mayo, bacon bits, smoked paprika, and garlic powder to make that sauce.
05 - Toast the buns, spread that sauce, stack the patties, and sprinkle parsley if that’s your thing.

# Notes:

01 - For the juiciest burgers, go with the 80/20 beef ratio.
02 - Feel free to throw in extra toppings if you’re feeling creative.
