05 - 1 teaspoon powdered onion.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika.

11 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic.
12 - 1 tablespoon softened butter.
13 - 1-2 teaspoons pepper, freshly ground.
14 - Small amount of salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven hot at 450°F. Grab paper towels and dry those wings completely.
02 - Mix the wings with potato starch, powder for baking, and all those tasty seasonings. Arrange them on a pan lined with oily parchment.
03 - Turn the heat down to 425°F and let them cook for 35-40 minutes. Don't forget to flip them halfway and give them a light oil spray if needed.
04 - Mix honey, fresh lemon juice, grated lemon skin, chopped garlic, butter, salt and pepper in a pan. Let it bubble gently for 3-5 minutes.
05 - Coat your hot wings with the sauce you just made. You can keep some extra sauce on the side if you want more for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - They're most delicious when eaten right away while still crunchy.
02 - You might want to keep some extra sauce handy for dipping.
03 - Feel free to add more or less lemon juice depending on how tangy you like it.
