Grilled Chipotle Chicken Wrap (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 big flour or wheat tortillas for burritos.
02 - 4 cups of finely chopped iceberg lettuce.
03 - 1 1/2 cups of diced Roma tomatoes.
04 - 1 pound of chicken, grilled or shredded, and cut into chunks.
05 - 2 cups of shredded cheese, Mexican blend.
06 - 1 large diced Hass avocado.
07 - 3 ounces of crispy tortilla chips.
08 - Avocado dressing with a ranch twist.
09 - Ranch dressing with a chipotle flavor.
10 - Cilantro-lime rice, if you'd like.
11 - Black beans, prepared in a Mexican style, if preferred.

# Instructions:

01 - Place tortillas on a warm dry skillet over low-medium heat until soft and pliable.
02 - Add layers of lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, chips, cheese, avocado, and the dressings on each tortilla.
03 - Bring the edges in tight, then roll it all up to seal into a burrito shape.
04 - Lightly spray a pan and cook the burritos over medium heat, flipping until both sides are golden brown.
05 - Serve with beans, rice, or extra dressing if that’s your thing.
