Greek Yogurt Protein Bagels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (0%), non-fat
02 - 1 cup regular flour, plus about 1/4 cup extra for dusting your surface
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
04 - 2 teaspoons of baking powder
05 - 1 beaten egg

→ For Topping

06 - Bagel seasoning blend (everything flavor)

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 400°F and let it heat up.
02 - Stir baking powder, flour, and salt together in a bowl.
03 - Pour in the Greek yogurt and use your hands to form a smooth dough. If it’s sticky, sprinkle in a tablespoon of flour at a time until it’s manageable.
04 - Put the dough on a surface dusted with flour. Knead it for a couple minutes and use some flour on your hands if needed.
05 - Divide the dough into four equal pieces. Roll each into a strand and connect the ends to make circles.
06 - Line a baking tray with parchment paper, place the bagels on it, brush with the egg, and sprinkle the seasoning on top.
07 - Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the tops look golden. Let them cool on the counter for about 10 minutes before cutting.
