Turn on your oven to 400°F and let it heat up.

Stir baking powder, flour, and salt together in a bowl.

Pour in the Greek yogurt and use your hands to form a smooth dough. If it’s sticky, sprinkle in a tablespoon of flour at a time until it’s manageable.

Put the dough on a surface dusted with flour. Knead it for a couple minutes and use some flour on your hands if needed.

Divide the dough into four equal pieces. Roll each into a strand and connect the ends to make circles.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper, place the bagels on it, brush with the egg, and sprinkle the seasoning on top.

Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the tops look golden. Let them cool on the counter for about 10 minutes before cutting.
