Buttery Shrimp Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb medium shrimp, shells removed and cleaned.
02 - 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
03 - 3 tablespoons plain butter.
04 - 1 cup full-fat cream.
05 - 1 cup torn mozzarella.
06 - 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan.
07 - 1/2 cup crunchy panko crumbs.
08 - Salt and pepper as needed.
09 - Chopped parsley for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven nice and hot at 375°F (190°C).
02 - Melt the butter then cook the chopped garlic briefly for 1 minute. Toss in shrimp, add some salt and pepper, and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
03 - In a large bowl, stir together your cream, torn mozzarella, half of your Parmesan, and the pink shrimp.
04 - Pour everything into your baking dish. Mix your panko with the leftover Parmesan and scatter on the top.
05 - Pop in the oven for 20-25 minutes until it's bubbling and turns golden brown. Cool down a bit before you eat.
