08 - ¼ cup parmesan cheese
09 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 2-3 thinly sliced dill pickles
11 - 1 pack (13 ounces) store-bought or homemade thin-crust dough

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and let it heat up.
02 - Stir together the garlic, sour cream, mayo, water, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a medium bowl until blended and smooth.
03 - Flatten the pizza dough into a 12-inch round and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment or a pizza stone.
04 - Spread the garlic sauce over the dough, layer the pickle slices on top, and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan.

# Notes:

01 - Both homemade and pre-made dough work fine.
02 - Tastes best fresh and hot out of the oven.
03 - Thin pickle slices ensure even topping distribution.
