Garlic Parmesan Air Skewers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 lb chicken breast, chopped into bite-sized chunks
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
04 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

→ Seasonings

05 - 1 teaspoon basil, dried
06 - 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 2 tablespoons parsley, freshly chopped (for topping)

→ Equipment Needed

10 - 8 to 10 wooden skewers, soaked in water for half an hour

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together garlic, Parmesan, olive oil, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper in a big bowl until combined.
02 - Toss the chicken chunks in the marinade, making sure every piece gets coated. Wrap and let it chill in the fridge for around half an hour.
03 - Get your air fryer ready by heating it to 400°F (200°C).
04 - Carefully push the chicken onto the soaked skewers, leaving tiny gaps between for even cooking.
05 - Lay the skewers in one layer in the fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes. Flip them midway until they turn golden.
06 - Take the kebabs out of the air fryer, rest them for a few minutes, sprinkle parsley on top, and serve while it's hot.

# Notes:

01 - For better flavor, dry chicken before adding marinade.
02 - Oil the air fryer basket so the chicken won't stick.
03 - You might need to cook batches if the fryer is small.
