Fudge Brownie Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup of melted, unsalted butter.
02 - 3/4 cup of white sugar.
03 - 1/4 cup of packed brown sugar.
04 - 2 eggs, large.
05 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
06 - 1/2 cup of plain flour.
07 - 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, unsweetened.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder.
10 - 3/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
11 - 1/3 cup of warmed chocolate fudge sauce.
12 - 1/4 cup of tiny chocolate chips (optional, for garnish).
13 - Optional: sprinkle with powdered sugar or cocoa powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Cover a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment, then grease it up.
02 - Mix the butter and sugars, then blend in the eggs and vanilla. Gently stir in sifted dry bits and chocolate chips.
03 - Spread half the batter in the pan, drizzle fudge sauce, and swirl it around. Drop in the rest and repeat the swirling.
04 - Bake for around 50-55 minutes, until a toothpick poked in shows soft crumbs. Use foil to cover if browning too fast.
05 - Let it rest in the pan 10-15 minutes, then finish cooling on a rack. Add dusting or toppings if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - Homemade or store-bought fudge works just fine.
02 - Don't mix the batter too much, keep it gentle.
