# Ingredients:

Set oven to 300°F and get a baking tray ready with parchment. Separate the eggs.

Whisk the egg whites and tartar until stiff peaks appear.

Blend the yolks with cottage cheese, salt, and any extras until smooth and creamy.

Gently combine the whipped whites into the yolk mix in thirds. Don’t deflate the mixture.

Form 6-8 rounds and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool fully.
