Hot Honey Feta Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup of honey.
02 - 1 1/2 teaspoons of spicy sauce.
03 - 3/4 teaspoon of red chili flakes.
04 - Two chicken breasts (500g or about 18oz in total).
05 - 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika.
06 - 1 teaspoon of table salt.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon black ground pepper.
11 - 1/4 teaspoon of ground cayenne.
12 - 35g all-purpose flour.
13 - 2 eggs, whisked.
14 - 65g panko-style breadcrumbs.
15 - 6 to 8 tablespoons of cooking oil.
16 - 200g of crumbled feta cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk together honey, chili flakes, and hot sauce. Heat briefly, then let it cool off.
02 - Slice chicken horizontally into 4 thinner pieces. Combine all seasonings in a small bowl.
03 - Put flour mixed with half the seasonings in one shallow dish, eggs in another, and breadcrumbs with the rest of the seasoning in a third dish.
04 - Dip each piece of chicken into flour, then into the eggs, and finally coat with seasoned breadcrumbs.
05 - In hot oil, cook each piece for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until crispy and golden.
06 - Scatter the feta cheese over the top and broil until lightly browned.
07 - Pour the honey mixture over the chicken and enjoy right away.
