Crispy Parmesan Cauliflower (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
02 - 3-4 cups of cauliflower cut into florets.
03 - 2 tablespoons of butter, melted.
04 - 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated.
05 - 1 teaspoon of paprika powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) to get it hot before starting.
02 - Mix the cauliflower with the melted butter, then sprinkle and coat it with a blend of Parmesan, paprika, and pepper.
03 - Spread cauliflower out on a baking sheet in one single layer after greasing it.
04 - Pop it in the oven and cook for 20 minutes until the edges turn crispy and golden-brown.

# Notes:

01 - An air fryer at 390°F works too; cook for 20 minutes.
02 - Fresh herbs can be added after cooking for a little extra flavor.
03 - Feel free to tweak the spices depending on your taste buds.
