Buttery Potato Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb small potatoes, cut in half.
02 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
03 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter.
04 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
05 - 1/2 cup whipping cream.
06 - 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese.
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley.
08 - Salt and pepper as needed.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up oven to 400°F. Put parchment on your baking tray.
02 - Coat potato halves with oil and sprinkle salt and pepper. Arrange them on tray.
03 - Let potatoes cook for 25-30 minutes till they're golden brown, flip them once midway.
04 - Heat up butter, sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes till it smells good.
05 - Pour in cream, let it bubble for 3-4 minutes until it gets thicker. Mix in the Parmesan.
06 - Drizzle the sauce on potatoes, scatter parsley on top.

01 - Try using half-and-half if you want something lighter.
02 - Sprinkle some red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
