Butter Chicken Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces linguine pasta.
02 - 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts, diced into 1-inch chunks.
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
08 - 4 tablespoons cowboy butter, split.
09 - 3/4 cup heavy cream.
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic salt for the sauce.
11 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice.
13 - Lemon wedges for topping.
14 - Parsley for finishing touch.

# Instructions:

01 - Get water boiling with salt, cook linguine till tender but firm. Drain and put aside.
02 - Add spices to chicken. Brown in oil for about 3-4 minutes each side. Toss in 2 tablespoons of cowboy butter while browning.
03 - Put cooked chicken on a plate and cover it so it stays warm.
04 - Put in leftover butter, cream, garlic salt, and pepper flakes. Stir to get tasty bits from pan bottom.
05 - Return pasta and chicken to the pan, mix with sauce. Sprinkle in lemon juice.
06 - Top with lemon wedges and parsley before eating.
