Club Sandwich Pasta Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta Base

01 - 12 oz of colorful rotini pasta

→ Protein Layers

02 - 1/2 cup crispy bacon bits
03 - 1 cup diced deli ham
04 - 1 cup diced deli turkey

→ Fresh Vegetables

05 - 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
06 - 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
07 - 1/2 cup small diced tomatoes

→ Cheese & Dressing

08 - 1/2 cup creamy mayo
09 - 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
10 - 1 cup small cubes of sharp cheddar

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the colorful rotini as directed on the box until it's firm but cooked. Rinse with cold water to stop cooking, then let it cool down completely.
02 - Dice the turkey, ham, and cooked bacon into similar-sized pieces for even mixing. Stir them together, adding the cheese at the end so it stays firm.
03 - Mix mayo and ranch seasoning in a bowl until smooth and creamy. Check for flavor and tweak the seasoning if needed.
04 - Combine the cooled pasta, layered proteins, and dressing gently. Toss until everything is coated. Add the shredded lettuce only before serving to keep it fresh. Place in the fridge for at least an hour to chill well.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure the pasta is cold to avoid it clumping together.
02 - Cut everything into smaller pieces so every forkful has all flavors.
03 - Toss in the lettuce just as you're ready to eat so it stays crisp.
04 - Let the salad come to room temperature a bit to deepen its taste.
05 - Save a little extra dressing in case you need more after chilling.
