Swirl Cinnamon Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups regular flour.
02 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temp.
05 - 1 cup white sugar.
06 - 2 large eggs, not cold.
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor.
08 - 1 cup buttermilk, not chilled.
09 - 1/2 cup tightly packed light brown sugar.
10 - 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up oven to 350°F. Butter a 9x5-inch loaf pan well.
02 - Stir flour, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl.
03 - Mix butter and sugar till light and airy, roughly 2 minutes. Drop in eggs one by one, then add vanilla.
04 - Switch between adding flour mix and buttermilk to your butter blend, beginning and finishing with flour.
05 - Combine brown sugar with cinnamon in a small dish.
06 - Dump half your batter in the pan, sprinkle half the cinnamon mix, add leftover batter and cinnamon. Run a knife through to make swirls.
07 - Pop in oven for 50-60 minutes till it's done. Let sit 10 minutes in the pan, then move to cooling rack.

01 - Things mix better when they're not cold from the fridge.
