Low-Carb Chocolate Mousse (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1-2 tbsp melted dark chocolate (optional)
02 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
03 - 1-2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
04 - 1/2 cup cottage cheese (go with full-fat for better taste)
05 - 1-2 tsp your favorite powdered sweetener

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla into a blender or food processor. Blend until silky smooth, scraping the sides when needed.
02 - If you’ve melted some dark chocolate, pour it into the blended mix and give it a few pulses to mix completely.
03 - Spoon the mousse into small bowls and pop them in the fridge for at least half an hour to set before eating.
04 - Sprinkle some cocoa powder, throw on a few chocolate shavings, or add fresh berries to make it look fancy.

# Notes:

01 - Keeps fresh for 4-5 days when stored in the fridge.
02 - Feel free to top it with nuts or whipped cream.
03 - Packed with protein, and surprisingly low in carbs.
