Toss the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla into a blender or food processor. Blend until silky smooth, scraping the sides when needed.

If you’ve melted some dark chocolate, pour it into the blended mix and give it a few pulses to mix completely.

Spoon the mousse into small bowls and pop them in the fridge for at least half an hour to set before eating.

Sprinkle some cocoa powder, throw on a few chocolate shavings, or add fresh berries to make it look fancy.
