Slice each sausage lengthwise to make a spot for the cheese, but don't cut it completely open.

Push a mozzarella stick into each sausage slit and gently pinch to seal it in place.

Spread marinara evenly in a baking dish and arrange the stuffed sausages with the cut side facing up.

Cover the dish with foil and pop it in the oven for 30 minutes.
