01 - 1/2 cup chopped onion
02 - 3/4 cup mayo
03 - 3 teaspoons minced garlic
04 - 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
05 - 6 cups peeled and diced potatoes
06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease up a 9x13 pan lightly.
02 - Throw the diced potatoes, shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, minced garlic, and onion into your prepared dish and mix them up.
03 - Pour the mayo over the potato mixture and stir so everything gets coated nicely.
04 - Place the dish in the hot oven and bake for a good 1½ hours until the potatoes are soft and the top is golden.
05 - Serve it up warm right after baking.
