Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prep a baking tray with parchment paper so cleanup’s a breeze.

Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a quarter of the mozzarella, add a quarter of the pepperoni, and sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning evenly across the top.

Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one side, keeping the filling inside. Put it seam-side down on the tray you prepped earlier.

Put the tortillas in the oven and let them bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Take them out when the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Let the rolls sit for a bit so they firm up. Then take a sharp knife and cut them into pinwheels.

Arrange the pinwheels on a serving plate. Dip into marinara and enjoy while warm!
