Cheesy Pepperoni Roll-Ups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 soft tortillas with fewer carbs

→ Filling

02 - 1 cup sliced pepperoni
03 - 1 cup mozzarella shredded cheese
04 - ½ teaspoon garlic seasoning
05 - ½ teaspoon Italian herb mix

→ Dipping Sauce

06 - ¼ cup of marinara for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prep a baking tray with parchment paper so cleanup’s a breeze.
02 - Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a quarter of the mozzarella, add a quarter of the pepperoni, and sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning evenly across the top.
03 - Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one side, keeping the filling inside. Put it seam-side down on the tray you prepped earlier.
04 - Put the tortillas in the oven and let them bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Take them out when the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
05 - Let the rolls sit for a bit so they firm up. Then take a sharp knife and cut them into pinwheels.
06 - Arrange the pinwheels on a serving plate. Dip into marinara and enjoy while warm!

# Notes:

01 - Pick tortillas that are soft and flexible—they roll up more easily.
02 - Using plenty of cheese keeps the roll-ups gooey and helps hold everything together.
03 - Give them time to cool down before slicing—it’ll stop them from coming apart.
