Cheesey Baked Eggs (Print Version)

01 - Salt and pepper, use as needed
02 - 1/4 cup green onions or chives, finely chopped (optional)
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or any you'd like)
04 - 4 large eggs
05 - 1 cup of cottage cheese

06 - Spinach leaves
07 - Chopped tomatoes
08 - Diced bell peppers

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8×8 inch dish lightly.
02 - Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, green onions (if adding), and shredded cheese in a big bowl. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top, add any extra veggies you want.
03 - Pour the mixture into the greased dish. Cook for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is firm.
04 - Let it cool for a short time, then slice into pieces and enjoy while warm.
